If you choose to pay by bank transfer, along with the confirmation of your purchase you will receive an additional email providing the bank details needed to order a bank transfer to ELECTRODOMESTICOS GRAN ALACANT SL.

It is very important that you reference ‘Order No. XXXX’ along with your name and surname in order to validate your purchase.

An order will not be considered as paid until the total payment amount has been received in our bank account.

The items sold on this website are available for delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of product supply difficulties or a shortage in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information regarding alternative products of equal or higher quality and value that you can order instead. Should you not wish to order one of these substitute products, we will refund the entire amount paid.

DELIVERY

Barring extraordinary circumstances, items are generally delivered within 30 days of receiving the Confirmation of Shipment. However, delays may occur for any of the following reasons: Unforeseen circumstances. Delivery area. Item is out of stock.

ELECTRODOMESTICOS GRAN ALACANT SL reserves the right to change the method of delivery and the delivery company responsible, regardless of what is stated on this website, provided that this does not pose a great inconvenience for the customer.

Under no circumstances will products be shipped to PO box addresses.

Shipments to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands:

If the amount of the order is less than €70 (VAT included), a delivery fee of €8 applies.

If the amount of the order is greater than €70 (VAT included), delivery is free of charge.

Our home delivery service is provided by express transport companies that deliver within 24–48 hours. This delivery time will begin from the date of collection of the order from our warehouse provided that the item is immediately availability; if on the other hand the item has a 7-day availability period, the delivery period may be extended up to 15 days.

For orders paid for via bank transfer, the items will not be shipped until we have received the total purchase amount in the bank account of ELECTRODOMESTICOS GRAN ALACANT SL.

IN-STORE PICKUP 

With this option, you can conveniently shop from home and collect your purchase in person at OKBarbacoas.

How does it work?

During the payment process, select ‘In-Store Pickup’ as the shipment method.

You can pay for your order using any of the accepted payment methods listed under WAYS TO PAY. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be reserved for 60 days. After that time, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

ASSEMBLY SERVICE

Our assembly service is available within the province of Alicante for €150, which includes delivery to the customer's home. The customer must specify whether it is possible to deliver the items already assembled or whether it is necessary to assemble them at the customer’s home due to areas that are difficult to access such as terraces, solariums, etc.

Our assembly service is offered free of charge for in-store pickups.

RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you have a period of 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s). (In accordance with Article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). Any expenses incurred as a result of returning the product are to be borne by the buyer (Article 101.1, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

All you have to do is send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return to us in the original, undamaged packaging conditions. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will be unable to accept the return. Returns will not be accepted for products that require assembly that have already been assembled, whether or not they have been used by the customer. DVDs or Books must be returned with the original seal and any packaging (if applicable).

Once the goods are received at our warehouse and we have ensured that all of the above conditions have been met, ELECTRODOMESTICOS GRAN ALACANT SL will accept the product’s return and process an exchange or refund the money already paid using the same method of payment used for purchase.

In the case of defective products or delivery to the wrong address, all delivery fees will be borne by ELECTRODOMESTICOS GRAN ALACANT SL. 

Warranties (Act 23/2003 of 10 July on Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods and General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). All of our products have the original manufacturer's warranty, and some barbecues even have more extensive warranties available (see the official website of the brand in question for more details).

The item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty throughout the warranty period. To claim this warranty, please contact our Customer Service Department or the customer service centre of the manufacturing brand. It is absolutely essential that you keep the original purchase receipt.

Please Note: The warranty does not cover repairs for damage to the product resulting from external causes, improper usage, incorrect assembly or installation (not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions), misuse that would negatively affect the proper functioning of the item, commercial or collective use (e.g. use in restaurants, grills, bars or any other public places) and/or the use of accessories or components that are not compatible with the product.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASES

The User can cancel their purchase provided it has not yet been processed in its entirety and the order has not left our warehouse. We advise you to call the shop directly (+34 966 44 30 30) in order to confirm that your order has been successfully cancelled.

If the order had already shipped prior to your call, it will be considered a return rather than a cancellation.
